Does the fuel that you give your body to operate daily on consist of grease, oils, fats, and sugars? Imagine how much performance you would get out of a high-end sports car if you did not fill it up with premium fuel - significantly less! From now on picture your body as a super-car; a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Formula 1 race car, etc. Now, if you fuel your body with some high-quality fuel, your body will be functioning like a Ferrari. Unfortunately, if you fuel yourself with junk, your body might as well be operating like a 1984 Honda Civic. Which do you prefer?
Make every meal you eat a wholesome, quality meal. Your body will reward you with better workouts, faster results, and an overall increased sense of well-being.
