Completely do away with high glycemic white refined carbs; white rice, potatoes, french fries, pasta, etc.
Instead, replace them with natural moderately to low glycemic complex carbs; sweet potatoes, quinoa, whole wheat brea/pasta, veggies Make this change and watch the fat melt away and never come back.
